She has advised and assisted clients for project development, manufacturing facilities setup, dispute resolution, and product liability. Notably, Kaynat has facilitated contracts under the Inflation Reduction Act, 2022 for establishing manufacturing facilities in the USA.

Kaynat’s expertise extends to mediate disputes to pre-empt legal battles. She offers guidance to the EPC, O&M, and onsite teams of the project to ensure effective communication and to prevent or manage claims effectively. Focused on the product-based economy, she specializes in the key area of product liability and warranty issues concerning renewable energy sector. She graduated with Honours in Corporate Law and International Trade from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in 2012.
