Notably, he has provided counsel to Citrus Welfare Society, Balaji Telefilms, Zee Learn, and the Association of Hospitals, among others. Rahul has also advised stakeholders in various insolvency proceedings, contributing to landmark cases such as Citrus Check Inns Limited and Neelkanth Township.

His legal career began with a prominent law firm in Mumbai, representing clients like the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Ajmera Builders, and Bengal Club before the High Court, Bombay. Before joining Gravitas Legal, Rahul worked with the National Stock Exchange, contributing to the drafting of the DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) for NSE's Initial Public Offer (IPO) and later with Zee Learn Limited. Actively involved in civil and criminal litigation, Rahul liaises with government departments and drafts various legal documents.
